The 38-year-old gained his fans not only through his domination on the hardwood but also through his generous nature off the court. James grew up in a humble background, struggling without basic necessities, and his new venture is a reflection of that. In response to James’ new establishment, the superstar’s close ally joined thousands of fans to celebrate this venture.

King James has carried out various philanthropic activities through the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF) over the years. He gave back a lot to his hometown, Akron, in the form of a school, health center, and housing project. In addition to the list, the Akron Hammer recently added a coffee shop, but it’s a little more than just a coffee shop. He opened a 60,000 feet multi-use facility on Wednesday for Akron locals.

LeBron James wins hearts all over again

LeBron James’ new venture House Three Thirty opened its doors for the Akron locals at 6 AM on Wednesday. James took to his Instagram to spread the word to his fans with pictures of the place. The caption of the Instagram post read, “House Three Thirty is officially open for the WORLD to see… Extremely proud of everyone who worked to bring our dream of a destination in Akron to life. We got it all waiting for ya’ll at our house in the 330. Can’t wait to get back home and enjoy it. Let’s keep changing the game.”

The center currently has 40-odd employees working on an hourly salary along with a valuable experience certificate in the hospitality industry.

The center will enable people to develop their job skills. The place provides classrooms for older students to upgrade their skills as well. It will be a hub for hands-on job training for underrepresented workers in the community.

In response to the news, James’ childhood friend and business partner, Maverick Carter, the $60 Million sports marketing entrepreneur, shared a heartfelt message. He took to his Instagram story and wrote, “This is what empowerment and being more than is all about. Proud @LJFAMFOUNDATION.”
