Davis was absolutely on fire coming into this game. Averaging a whooping 34 points and 11 rebounds in the last two games ‘the Brow’ was a must for the Lakers in the game. Given the form Davis was in and how commanding he looked, Laker faithful hoped that the 28-year-old could carry on this form against the Suns tonight.
The 7-time All-Star was questionable coming into this game and was eventually upgraded to a starter. Given that he had a niggling injury, Davis looked a bit rusty but was picking up the pace in the second quarter.

This is certainly a big blow for the Lakers who were in prime position to take lead of this series. The Lakers are clearly struggling with AD out of the floor. With limited offensive weapons, the champions are looking sloppy. At the end of the quarter, the champions are trailing the Suns 81-65.
