Curry had gotten up late for his practice as his alarm didn’t go off. He still tried to get on the court as soon as possible. He even ran barefoot from his room to the court, trying to reach early. Still, he was about 10 minutes late by the time he had reached the court.
“I don’t know if I was confident, stubborn, or dumb, but I tried to sneak into the workout about 10 minutes late, and act like nothing happened,” the four-time NBA champion said while describing his attempts at getting into the practice. So, he tried getting into the practice by sneaking into the practice line as if he was already there. But his coach had seen him. “Before I could even take a breath on the court, Coach was like, ‘Get out,'” Curry concluded.
