It does not happen that often that LeBron James gets disrespected, and that too on a live broadcast. But that was the case in the most recent episode of ‘The Shop’ when Super Bowl winner Jalen Ramsey made some bold claims about LeBron James if he were playing in the NFL instead of the NBA.
LeBron James hosted another episode of ‘The Shop’ and had a bunch of celebrities on for another discussion about all things under the Sun. He also had Jalen Ramsey, the Super Bowl-winning cornerback for the Los Angeles Rams.

Ramsey went on to say that he had never been Moss’d in his career and to that James said, “I would’ve Moss’d Jalen.” Now, for those who don’t know what the term ‘Moss’ means, it was coined after the legendary Randy Moss.
Moss: (verb) to make a jaw-dropping, defender-humiliating catch, typically of the jump-ball variety.

Randy Moss played as a wide receiver, a position James would’ve likely played if he was in the NFL. Moss made a career out of making catches that seemed almost impossible during games.
As Jalen Ramsey plays the cornerback position for his team, the primary role of a CB is to cover receivers on the field. And if Bron were playing football, Ramsey could’ve been guarding James in the end zone.

Could LeBron have been better than an NFL player if he played?
Ramsey is 6’1″ whereas James is 6’9″. That is an eight-inch difference between the two. Ramsey may be stronger than James and might have an advantage in speed as well. But one area where Ramsey possibly cannot match James is his vertical jump.
