Shaquille O’Neal wishes 23-year-old rapper on his big day

Cae Cartier is one of the most famous rappers in the United States. He enjoys a massive following of over two hundred thousand people on the internet. Cartier turned twenty-three recently and asked his followers to shower him with love on his big day. Turns out he’s found himself a fan in the NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal as he responded to his post.

Cartier uploaded a picture of him in a chic white attire and captioned the image, “another year in the books. wish a real one happy bday #8/8.” Shaq obliged and commented, “happy birthday nephew”.

One might assume if Shaquille O’Neal ever wishes you on your birthday, it might make your day. Moreover, Big Diesel wasn’t the only major celebrity who wished Cartier. $20 million worth rapper Busta Rhymes also commented on the post.

Despite the outpouring of love he received recently, he was heavily criticized for his newly released track. He didn’t think twice before responding in an unapologetic manner.

Cae Cartier fired back at his critics

The Georgia native released his track Go a few months ago, which came under fire from his critics. He reportedly used aggressive flows and the music video was composed of controversial visuals.

Cartier said, “I’ve been on some f**k everybody type s**t. GO’ is just on some s**t like bro you gotta go. Ain’t no more waiting. Just go with everything you do in life, just go.” Cartier is certainly not paying any heed to the flak he’s been receiving lately. The 23-year-old is fully focused on his music career and it’ll be interesting to look at his body of work in the upcoming years.
