Shaquille O’Neal Joins Hands With 31YO Canadian Rapper for “Crazy” Collab

Shaquille O’Neal has been making waves in the music world. The 4x NBA champion has always been into music and is also the first basketball player to go platinum with his first album. Somewhere in between, Shaq’s music took a backseat as he focused more on his NBA career.

Years after his retirement, Shaq fell in love with music again and has been making records, going on tour, and so much more. Recently, Canadian rapper Merkules announced that he has an upcoming song featuring the Big Man.

Merkules took to Instagram to break this news for his and Shaq’s fans. He wrote, “Man this new record with @Shaq for my album is CRAZY. I can’t wait for y’all to hear it.” Seems like Shaq is on an incredible run with the features that he has been doing lately. In addition to his rap career, the Big Man is also known as DJ Diesel and has taken center stage in front of thousands of people on the biggest of stages across the world. What’s even more amazing is that Shaq does it all out of love for music. Going by the last collaboration that he did with Chicago rapper, GAWNE, Shaq is in his element and the next project could be just as good.

Shaquille O’Neal gifted a custom Rolls Royce to GAWNE

Shaq not only gave GAWNE a feature verse and introduced the Chicago rapper to his fanbase but also presented him with a $1 million custom Rolls Royce. The rapper was over the moon just with the opportunity of getting to work with someone as accomplished as the Big Man, but the million-dollar car added so much more to his excitement. GAWNE said, “I was blown away by Shaq’s passion for rap and him making his return to rap with me is such an honor. He was so passionate and loves rap so much, in every single take he was rapping his heart out. It was such a magical experience”.

As for the Rolls Royce, when the Big Man gave GAWNE the keys to the luxury car, he said, “Shaq man, it’s the craziest day of my life. Shaq just gave me a fucking Rolls. Goddamn man. God bless you Shaq.” Shaq’s response to GAWNE’s surprise was, “It’s yours my boy. Now I gotta take an Uber.” Will Merkules get a Rolls Royce from Shaq? We can’t be sure of it yet. If he does, Shaq will be starting an expensive tradition with it.
