No one’s doing it like the O’Neal kids. Shaunie Henderson is celebrating the finale of her 40s and making it extra special are Shaquille O’Neal’s kids. A little later than his siblings is Shaunie’s eldest. Myles O’Neal saved the best for last, though. He showed how his mom has barely changed through the years in a sweet birthday wish.

Shaunie Henderson celebrated her 49th birthday on November 27. Her kids had been waiting for the moment the clock struck midnight on Monday, so she could start her week with their birthday wishes. Myles was a tad late, but better late than never. He was on his Instagram Stories with the message, “Happy Birthday to my mama @iamshaunie… I love you so much.” He complemented it with the cutest photo series.

After a throwback to when he and one of his siblings (likely Shareef) were babies Shaunie could carry around, Myles shared a picture of himself towering over his mom in a hug. He’d copy Shareef in sharing that old throwback to when both brothers and their mom posed in front of a Superman setup.

Shaunie’s and Shaq’s younger kids, Me’Arah, Shareef, and Shaqir, had similar gestures for their mom. They all had some sweet photographic moments to share about their mom on social media.

Shaq’s kids have had fun updates on social media all of Thanksgiving week. They’re being a collective menace to the big man who terrorized NBA pros on their Bahamas getaway. Come Monday, their mom was the priority.

Following Myles and the others, Amirah penned a love note to their mom on Instagram, too. “Happy birthday mommy. You have always been there for me no matter what, made me feel loved, and taught me so much in life. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all that you have done for me. You are truly a wonderful mother and an extraordinary person. Today I celebrate you and all that makes you so special. Enjoy your birthday, you deserve it! You are the most outstanding woman in my life & you will always be number one!”

Shaunie’s youngest, Me’Arah also shared adorable pictures with her mother on Instagram. The best out of the lot has to be Shareef, though. The 23-year-old shared numerous unseen photos from his childhood with his parents. There are multiple pictures where his father, Shaquille O’Neal, can be seen in a Lakers jersey.
