However, on being asked about the overall basketball GOAT, Marbury, without saying any name, reflected his obvious choice by just saying “6-0”.

The 6-0 is a reference to Jordan’s unbeaten NBA Finals record. Jordan has never faced a defeat, in any of the 6 finals he has played. Also, he has achieved the NBA final MVP 6 times in two different three-peat victories. Apart from Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal is the only player who has been bestowed with the NBA final MVP award three times in a row. Apart from this, Michael Jordan also has had one of the most impressive lifetime career stats. In his 15 seasons, he averaged 30.1 points per game, 5.3 assists and 6.2 rebounds.

However, Michael’s performance during the NBA finals was just something else. In fact, Michael has the record of highest points per game in a particular season’s NBA finals. In the 1992-93 season, Michael averaged 41.0 points per game. But it’s his impeccable record of 6-0 in NBA finals that makes him stand out from almost every other player.
