Celtics Star Jayson Tatum Reveals His Favorite Part of Being With the Jordan Brand

The Jordan brand has been expanding day by day, with several NBA stars signing on with the brand. One of them is Boston Celtics’ star Jayson Tatum.
Tatum signed a multi-year deal with the brand last year. His love for sneakers is well documented. He even released Player Edition Jordan XXXIV on September this year.
In a recent Cool Kicks video, when asked about how many shoes he had, Tatum said, “Being with the Jordan brand helps out a lot I get all the Js that come out. About 400-500 pairs of sneakers.”

When asked about his favorite sneakers, the Celtics star said, “The ones I wear my PE’s Jordan 34 because I get to come out with a lot of custom shoes but I put a lot of work into it so seeing what I created come into life, I think that’s my favorite thing.”
When Tatum signed with the Jordan brand, he joined the likes of Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul, Luka Doncic to name a few.

Jayson Tatum is one of the best young players in the NBA. In the three years he has been in the league, he has developed as one of the best players in the Eastern Conference. He averaged 23.4 points, 3 assists and 7 rebounds.
The Celtics, meanwhile, have added two stars in Jaylen Brown and Kemba Walker to form their own Big Three. The team is arguably one of the best young teams in the NBA. The Celtics made a deep playoff run last season but were eventually trounced by Eastern Conference champions Miami Heat in six games.

This off-season they have made some moves to improve their roster but lost their fourth scoring option in Gordon Hayward. Hayward missed multiple playoff games last season and was dearly missed by the team when they faced Heat. He could stretch the floor and would have opened more space for the offense.
But giving a massive offer to an injury prone star like Hayward would have been a foolish move. The 17-time Champions will now hope Marcus Smart to slot in the starting lineup.

The Celtics now have a much better center in Tristan Thompson. With Tatum’s exponential progress in the offensive end and the team finally getting a quality center like Thompson, the Celtics are a well-balanced roster.
The Boston Celtics have a great young core who are yet to reach their prime. The way these players are progressing, the Celtics are surely one time to look out for.
