Everybody seems to be getting hooked to the new documentary of Michael Jordan, ‘The Last Dance’ these days. Well, LeBron James is also one of them. His recent tweet after watching episodes 3 and 4, was quite heartening for many. But it seems like Skip Bayless has had a completely opposite reaction to it. He responds in the crudest manner to Lebron on ‘UNDISPUTED’.

Yesterday, LeBron’s tweet said how he could completely relate to Michael’s first trophy, and looking at it tore him up. Well, Skip Bayless strongly believes that LeBron James cannot relate to Jordan’s struggles in any way. He made outrageous statements on ‘UNDISPUTED’ and completely denied LeBron’s idea of ‘relating’ to Jordan.

“You can’t relate” – Skip Bayless denies LeBron’s tweet

Bayless was quite blatant with his words saying, “It’s so outrageous that it’s shameful. LeBron has the audacity to make ‘The Last Dance’ about him. He can’t just honor the greatest player who ever played in any sport like the rest of us,” Bayless had an outburst while he added, “He’s got to say between the lines: ‘I’m LeBron James, I can relate!’. Nope. You can’t relate to that. The way it happened to Michael is not the way it happened to you.

Skip Bayless seemed baffled by the idea of LeBron even imagining to compare himself to Jordan. More than anything he was angry the way he chose his words on the show. “Your struggles had zero to do with Michael’s struggles. His struggles were epic LeBron and yours were epic fails. His struggles were legendary and yours LeBron, were just shameful.” According to Bayless, Jordan’s struggles cannot be weighed with LeBron’s. MJ had to go past 2-time NBA champions Celtics, ‘Bad Boys’ Pistons, and Magic Johnson’s Lakers to win his first final.

LeBron James will still suffer his 2010 NBA playoffs

Since Bayless was clear this time that he’ll bash LeBron with his words, so how could he not talk about the 2010 NBA playoffs against Celtics? On the event of LeBron leaving Cavaliers for Miami Heat, the owner, Dan Gilbert accused him of quitting in pressure situations. He went on to play with a set of legends like Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami. The NBA All-star faced immense criticism around that time. Gilbert even said that he quit against Celtics in Game 2,4 and 6 along with Game 5 in which it was evident he didn’t perform well.

Bayless took a dig on that saying, “LeBron disappeared to the point that his owner accused him of quitting.” he added, “The chosen one became the frozen one as the pressure mounted towards another shot at getting back to the finals. That never happened to Michael Jeffrey Jordan. Not one time did anybody accuse him of quitting in his struggles or in having to be sedated or disappearing.”

Skip Bayless has an infuriating message for LeBron saying, “You dare to equate your struggles and sufferings to Michael’s? Don’t insinuate yourself into this documentary LeBron, saying you can relate. Because in the end, I am sorry you can’t.”

Well, time will tell if Lebron James has anything to say in response to this banter that Skip Bayless has already started!
