There’s more than one similarity between Partick Mahomes and Tom Brady. Brady has passed the torch to Mahomes before hanging up his cleats and the Kansas City Chiefs‘ quarterback is already among the greatest in his position, just like Brady. They are undoubtedly the most popular athletes in the league during their times. Even in terms of playing ability, Mahomes somewhat chases Brady’s record every time he takes to the field.

But now the Chiefs’ QB wants to extend his reminiscence with the GOAT, even after his career ends. While Patrick Mahomes became a co-owner of the F1 team BWT Alpine, he has some further plans to follow in Brady’s footsteps when he is old enough and retired from sports.

Patrick Mahomes will join hands with Tom Brady

Since his retirement, Brady has committed himself to his own business and investments. Among them, one notable mention is the 7-time Super Bowl winner’s stake in the LV Raiders. It’s not surprising at all as no one really expected Brady to stay away from the league even after his retirement.

Brady became a minor owner in the Raiders back in May, and talking to associated press he revealed how he planned this move long before retiring from the on-field game. Now, it looks like Mahomes is following the same trajectory as the preceding QB star.

Mahomes, who is already a co-owner of multiple sports teams across MLB and NWSL, will extend his reach to his very own beloved sport. NFL insider Adam Schefter has hinted at the possibility via an X(Formerly Twitter) post, indicating how the footballer will look for the said ownership after the end of his career.

That would be an addition to some other teams the $210 million quarterback already owns across Soccer and Baseball, depicting a sign of Mahomes being a true sports enthusiast and businessman in all aspects.
