Jim Harbaugh took away some of the power coaches from Michigan when he landed the HC job with the Los Angeles Chargers as a part of his plan to resume his unfinished business in the NFL. Tasked with developing a “crown jewel” like Justin Herbert, nothing is holding back the 60-year-old as he prepares for his stint with the Chargers.
A QB whisperer, Jim Harbaugh has eyes for talent as is seen from his success in developing several QBs including JJ McCarthy and Colin Kaepernick.
