Right now, Nabers’ fan following is a thing to behold. His Pro Day performance simply amazed the teams with top 10 picks in the first round, who are inclined on WR additions in their roster.

Per Cameron Wolfe, the Malik Nabers fever is taking over the NFL pre-draft market frenzy as two of the top seeds, the Chargers and the Cardinals, have arranged meetings with the WR. Per the report, Nabers meets the Cardinals today and hits the road to meet the Chargers tomorrow. Before Pro Day, the WR also had a meeting with the Giants.

With this, he potentially secures the chance to emerge as the first WR to be drafted in the 2024 NFL draft. However, the Ohio State Buckeyes star player Marvin Harrison Jr. holds equal bets in being the first WR to be drafted, making it one of the biggest debates in the pre-draft market scuttle.

For Nabers, his hot demand in the NFL draft market came in from his equally sizzling performance at the LSU Pro Day. The standout player stunned everyone by completing his 40-yard dash in 4.35. He also hit 15 reps of 225 on the bench press. If any doubts were still looming around the scouting coaches’ minds, Nabers silenced them right down by hitting a 42-inch vertical jump.

All the 32 teams were in attendance for the event. Yet, out of all, it was the Giants who were already on the way to giving the WR a green flag to be their first-round prospect.

During his Pro Day interview, Nabers reported that he had a “great dinner” with the New York Giants. Revealing the opinion of head coach Daboll just by a bit, Nabers said, “I heard Brian Daboll, the head coach, he loves the way I play. It’s just great to be around the atmosphere with those guys again.”

While Nabers has a sure shot at being drafted in the first round, speculations surrounding his position keep on shifting. Mainly because he has fierce competitors like Marvin Harrison Jr. and Rome Dounze lining up right beside him in the top-10 picks. Giants are also speculated to be solidly interested in QB JJ McCarthy.
