Should Lamar Jackson be paid?

The Ravens absolutely agree that Lamar Jackson deserves to be paid, they just don’t agree with the number. The Ravens want Lamar Jackson to take a contract somewhere between $160m to $180m in guaranteed money. Jackson however wants something close to what Deshaun Watson signed with the Browns. A fully guaranteed deal worth $230m.
