• John Harbaugh

John Harbaugh joined the Baltimore Ravens in 2008. Since then, he has led the Ravens to 128 wins in the League (including playoffs). This is the fourth-highest win tally over that same time span.

As per the report, Harbaugh is on a $9 million annual contract. He has a career win percentage of .606. The Ravens are favorites to make the Super Bowl this year with reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson leading them.

New Orleans Saints Coach – Sean Payton – comes in at number four on the list. He stands to make $9.75 million this season. He has been with the Saints since 2006 and boasts a .627 career win percentage.

Payton has formed a strong bond with the likes of Michael Thomas and Drew Brees during his tenure in New Orleans. He won the Super Bowl Trophy with the Saints in 2009.

• Jon Gruden

56-year old Jon Gruden returned to the Oakland Raiders (now Las Vegas Raiders) in 2018. He took up his first head coach job in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before that.

Gruden is tasked with the tough job of rebuilding the Raiders franchise after relocating to Las Vegas in the offseason. Jon Gruden stands to earn $10 million with a career win percentage of .515 over two stints in the NFL. He signed a 10-year contract in 2018 worth a total of $100 million.

• Pete Carroll

California-born Pete Carroll has been a mainstay with the Seattle Seahawks since 2010. He has developed a strong relationship with star quarterback – Russell Wilson – in the last decade.

At 68, Carroll is the NFL’s oldest coach. The former New England Patriots Head Coach boasts a career win percentage of .602 and will make $11 million with the Seahawks this season.

• Bill Belichick

Bill Belichick deserves every penny of the $12 million he makes on an annual basis. Some might even say that he is underpaid considering everything he has achieved with the New England Patriots since 2000.

Belichick has an impressive career win percentage of .684. However, this season might prove a new challenge for the six-time Super Bowl-winning coach due to the departure of Tom Brady.
