Peyton Manning mentioned, “I’m not qualified in my opinion. I’ve seen Roger Goodell was the commissioner of the first Super Bowl that he had the Colts beat the Bears. I had this great picture of Roger and Jim Nantz up there on stage. Great moment. Roger looks a lot younger back in 2007 than he does now, and it hasn’t been that long ago. So he’s done a heck of a job.”

“I’m not sure anybody wants to follow Roger Goodell as commissioner. It’s like following John Wooden at UCLA. I mean, the bar has been set high. Roger takes criticism, certainly. But I think he’s been great for the game. That’s just not something on my radar specifically, because I don’t think I’m qualified to do it,” He added.

The Sheriff could be a solid fit for Commissioner. However, he may not change his current role as a media tycoon. Manning may not leave the booth soon.

Manning stated he was shocked, but it would be a deliberate challenge. But Saturday was the supreme teammate. Peydirt added the Colts’ new coach must depend on these players to ease him in and secure a victory in Indianapolis. A win can sort of resolve a lot of issues. Hopefully, he’ll be able to get in and support the Colts to turn things around.
