In a recent interview, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was called out by his former teammate. Rodgers was in conversation via phone with former Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee in the latest episode of the Pat McAfee Show. His close friend and co-host AJ Hawk took the opportunity to discuss Rodgers and his recent trip outside of the USA.
While talking about his offseason on the podcast, he describes the time as fantastic and reveals his trip to Switzerland. Rodgers adds he was out of the country to work with Zenith Watches and to get a first-hand experience in the manufacturing plant.

While Rodgers claimed he knew the name, Hawk disagrees while stating, “He didn’t know that before they paid him $20 million to do that commercial…Good job… Company man.”
The exchange between McAfee, Rodgers, and Hawk was funny and allowed Rodgers to promote the company. The Packers QB became the face of Zenith Watches in January 2021 and is doing everything to promote them.
Aaron Rodgers and AJ Hawk have a history with each other beyond the Pat McAfee Show
The 4-time league MVP and Hawk know each other for many years after playing together in Wisconsin for 9 seasons. Hawk was among the few analysts who played down retirement rumors surrounding Rodgers a year ago. While there were rumors of a trade before Rodgers signed a 3-year extension this offseason, Hawk never saw Rodgers playing for another franchise.
