As much as the star-tight end of the Kansas City Chiefs is popular in the league, pretty ladies also know him outside of the sport. And in 2016, the Super Bowl-winning TE went on a quest to find love on a reality television show. Travis Kelce had to choose between fifty beautiful and talented women to find the woman of his dream. He was successful in doing so. At the end of the show, he could find the perfect person to date and that was Maya Benberry.

He was goofy and glitzy in the show. To make the woman comfortable around him, he made funny jokes and broke into ‘Hey There Lonely Girl’ in falsetto. Therefore, his charisma and dance moves swooned the ladies right from the jump. “When I’m off the field, I’m still in the spotlight,” he said. “I need a woman that will fit into all aspects of my life.” In the mix of fifty women, he chose Benberry as the winner.

Instead of pursuing a career as a teacher, she was more interested in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty. Therefore, in 2016, fans saw her participate in ‘Catching Kelce,’ the dating show. After the show, she also took part in another reality TV show called, ‘Ex on the Beach.’ And then moved on to become a fashion and lifestyle influencer on Instagram. 

Their relationship was a little controversial because many fans did not believe that they were even together.

Kelce said once that he was extremely happy with his pick, although they did not plan to move in or get engaged. Additionally, she did not like how the show edited and portrayed her. Because of that, she received a lot of criticism and even racist comments.

Kelce separated from Benberry after dating for seven months. It looks like she was not able to catch him and his love after all. Then after a while, he moved on to date Instagram model/influencer, Kayla Nicole. While the new couple was going about with their relationship, Benberry revealed a surprising thing. She claimed that the 8x Pro Bowl selection was allegedly in a relationship with Nicole while she was still dating him. After six months into their relationship, Benberry said that there was some sort of overlap because they had broken up five months ago. And now recently, the Chiefs star TE was linked with a popular television personality.
