Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Matthews set up a brilliant way of sharing some wonderful news. The two are expecting the birth of their second child very soon and recently got the opportunity to organize the gender reveal party. They ended up revealing that they will be welcoming a baby boy in the coming months to their lovely family.

The Mahomes family also clicked photographs in light blue hoodies with “Baby Mahomes Boy or Girl” across the clothing. It will be an experience they will be reliving again with their 16-month-old daughter, Sterling Skye. It kicks off the time for excitement in the Mahomes household.

The event was shared via a small video montage with friends and family on Twitter.

The assembled guests were trying to figure out the sex of the child before the huge revelation took place. Mahomes and Matthews used toy guns that ended up squirting out the blue color on a board indicating that it was a boy. The news was joyous to Mahomes, who out of pure elation jumped into his pool fully clothed.

Mahomes and Matthews will be welcoming their child only 2 months after their beautiful marriage in Hawaii. Both of them were high school sweethearts while attending Whitehouse High School together.
