Food is the way to the heart. The right quality and quantity, in the form of a balanced diet, becomes a crucial contributing factor towards a healthy lifestyle. This is especially true for professional athletes since they are conditioned to deliver a consistently high level of performance. Numerous of them have hired professional chefs to cater to their personal culinary requirements in order to achieve extraordinary levels of fitness. The Mahomes family is no different.

Along with the Chiefs’ star quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, his wife, Brittany, also invests heavily in an active and sustainable lifestyle. In a recent Instagram Story, right before her birthday, she put a shout-out to their personal celebrity chef for reading her mind about preparing her favorite dish.

Celebrations in honor of her birthday had started early this year for Brittny Mahomes, who turned 28 on September 1st. Husband Patrick Mahomes threw his wife and mother of two, a grand denim-and-diamonds-themed pre-birthday party. The celebration featured many of their friends dressed in different shades of denim, posing in front of a giant sparkly silver curtain, framed by blue and silver balloons and shiny disco balls.

Two days later Brittnay put up an Instagram Story captioned,”@chef benjammin got the hint that I really wanted coconut shrimp with pina colada sauce,” which depicted a sumptuous portion of large golden fried prawns set around a bowl of white sauce. Her story was only a small part of a larger spread prepared by the personal chef.

On Chef Benjammin’s Instagram Story appeared a snippet of the entire spread comprising two plates of roasted meat with sauteed asparagus complete with a side of mashed potato, a plate of freshly baked bread served with some butter, and a plate of coconut shrimp with pina colada sauce from Brittany’s story.

The chef has previously catered to the needs of celebrities including Derek Holland, a professional baseball pitcher for the York Revolution of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, linebacker Anthony Hitchens, Brandon Carr, former Chief’s cornerback, and Trevor Story, professional baseball second baseman and shortstop for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). However, Benjammin is not the only chef in the Mahomes’ home.

A special chef steals the show

In the story that followed her beloved coconut shrimp, Brittany introduced her followers to a very special chef who not only stole the show but won many hearts too. The story captioned, “She made me a birthday cake,” featured a young chef, dressed in a pretty pink dress, who had baked her mother a special birthday cake. Sterling, 2, even garnished the cake with what appeared to be white-chocolate chips.

Apart from Sterling, her two-time Super Bowl champion husband is as good in the kitchen as he is on the football field. Patrick Mahomes is known for prioritizing his family and his responsibilities as a father. Aptly depicted by ‘Real Kansas City Chiefs Fans‘ through a post on Facebook titled, “What Can’t Patrick Mahomes Do?🤔”, which captures Mahomes skillfully preparing two gravies while holding his son Bronze in his hand.
