Patrick Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs have made it to the Super Bowl. While it is a joyous occasion, there have been some doubts. During the last play of the game, Mahomes was fouled, resulting in a flag. This foul had been the sole reason that the Chiefs pulled ahead of a 20-all lead to beat the Bengals. However, there might be some doubt raised on that particular call.

Chiefs reporter, Devon Clements took to Twitter to share a message from an anonymous source that had flung a wild accusation at Mahomes. Furthermore, he shared this accusation and fans have had a varied, albeit emotional reaction to the unknown source.

It seems like whenever Mahomes achieves something, there are a few naysayers who try to undermine his achievements. However, after making the Super Bowl once more, it seems like there is once again some slander. Devon Clements took to Twitter to expose the slanderous comments that were made by an anonymous source within the NFL.

The reporter took to Twitter to reveal an accusation that an NFC defensive coach had shared with a reporter from the Athletic. Clements mentioned this on his Twitter, along with his own reaction to it.

The anonymous source apparently spoke about the supposed flop Mahomes pulled at the end of the game to get a flag thrown. Essentially, the NFC defensive coach seems to be accusing Mahomes of faking to win the AFC championship game and make it to the Super Bowl. As expected, Chiefs fans were not happy about this and they shared their own views about this on Twitter.

Whether the accusations are true or not, Mahomes and his team have definitely made it to the Super Bowl. No matter what the accusations or slander, it is truly certain that Mahomes has a chance to lift another Lombardi trophy this year.
