Zach’s first appearance in the regular season will be against the Carolina Panthers in Week 1 itself. He will clash against the former Jets’ QB Sam Darnold in the season opener. The Jets traded Darnold with the Panthers after a series of unsuccessful games.
The game will be the one to watch as it is to be seen if the Jets had a successful deal in signing the rookie or an equally unfortunate one in letting go of their previous trump card.
