Lamar Jackson Injury Report: Ravens in Trouble Ahead of Crucial Packers Fixture

Ever since Lamar Jackson was carted off the field with an ankle sprain during the 24-22 loss against the Cleveland Browns. The Baltimore Ravens’ star quarterback hasn’t been seen back in practice this whole week. And it’s mostly assumed that the QB has bleak chances to come out for action against the Packers this Sunday.
Although Jackson isn’t completely ruled out of his role against the Aaron Rodgers led team. His questionable status in the injury report and John Harbaugh’s statement points out the availability of the quarterback. It is but a matter of time to see if Lamar recovers from the injury that fast.

“I’d say he has a chance [of playing Sunday],” Ravens coach John Harbaugh said about Jackson’s availability after Friday’s practice. “It’s just one of those things where it’s an ankle sprain where if he starts feeling good and we’ll check him out prior to pregame … and we’ll see where we’re at. But if not, we’ve got Tyler [Huntley] and he’ll be ready to go also.”
Lamar Jackson questionable against Packers
In his four-year NFL career, Jackson has never missed a game because of injury, a streak that has never been more at risk than it is now. This was the first time Jackson had missed a week of practice because of an injury. He was unable to attend a walkthrough in Baltimore on Friday.

With Lamar Jackson not practicing all week, it’s trending toward Tyler Huntley making his second career start.
Huntley, who beat the Bears last month, would face a bigger challenge Sunday against the Packers.

Backup QB Tyler Huntley is slated to start if Jackson is unable to play. He stepped in for Jackson in a dramatic Week 11 win over the Chicago Bears, his first career start. He also took over in the second quarter after Jackson was knocked out of Sunday’s loss to the Cleveland Browns after sustaining the ankle injury.
