The Packers have announced that they are open to trading their QB Rodgers if he desires it. Ultimately, the team’s next move will depend on A-Rod’s statement post his darkness retreat. Their QB Rodgers will be coming to a decision sometime next week, after his 4-day retreat.

Aaron Rodgers has always had the support of his team and he is keen on exploring all his options before arriving at a decision.

Aaron Rodgers’ tryst with the unorthodox

The Packers QB is known to use unconventional methods to explore his mind before reaching a decision. He took part in an ayahuasca ceremony during the offseason in 2020 and 2022. Fortunately, he was not penalised by the league for his actions. However, A-Rod won MVP for two consecutive seasons starting in 2020. 

If the Ayahuasca ceremony turns out constructive for Rodgers, he has a few options for his next move. The Jets and the Raiders are the major contenders for signing Rodgers if he plans to exit the Packers.
