He also asked himself some questions that were seemingly painful for him to respond to.

After ending what he called his darkness retreat, Aaron Rodgers made his first public appearance. He sat down in the ‘Aubrey Marcus Podcast’ with the host to determine the hideaway’s effects. The Green Bay Packers saw from both retirement and playing perspectives to regulate his future.

Aaron Rodgers asked crucial questions to self

While speaking on the Aubrey Marcus Podcast, Aaron Rodgers spoke about exploring retirement. The QB1 asked himself some questions before the football fandom could do it. He mentioned, “I played sports since I was six years old, so really beautiful ending to that. But a lot of really difficult contemplations around all this insecurity and fear that came up. Like, what happens when they turn the lights off to your career? What happens when you’re, oh when somebody says, ‘Oh, you used to be Aaron Rodgers, right?’ I still am.”

Aaron Rodgers also revealed his current state of mind to Marcus. He recalled the importance of unplugging from electronic items and choosing books and meditation over smartphones and watching TV. The darkness retreat helped him stimulate and deliberate on his decision.

If Aaron Rodgers lands up in a trade, several locations could be a suitable fit. Teams like the Jets, Buccaneers, and Raiders were among the favorites to bring in the veteran Rodgers for some starter help. But Las Vegas seems to be off the list.

As per The Athletic’s Vic Tafur, Raiders GM Dave Ziegler and HC Josh McDaniels are not ready to go in for the Multi-time MVP. They visibly need a starter after releasing Derek Carr. But they would not sell out their costly draft picks on him.
