Novak Djokovic and Maria Sharapova had a fun, exciting, and a lengthy Instagram live session on Tuesday. The two touched upon various topics about tennis and their ongoing personal life during the COVID-19 pandemic. Djokovic and Sharapova also paid tribute to the late Basketball great Kobe Bryant.

I had that privilege to known Kobe personally – Novak Djokovic
Terming him his mentor, Djokovic divulged that Kobe Bryant was always there whenever he needed advice and shared a personal bond with the legend.
“I had that privilege to known Kobe personally in all over the years and have had a relationship with him. He was definitely one of the mentors that I had in life. He was really there for me when I was experiencing an injury and coming back,” Djokovic told Sharapova during their Instagram direct.
