His workout regime is legendary. Yet, everyone goes through a phase where they need some kind of motivation to get up. Who inspires Rogan?
In an Instagram post, Rogan once revealed ONE Championship’s Muay Thai athlete, Liam Harrison, as one of his inspirations.

The four-time Massachusetts Taekwondo champion and Brazilian black belt under 10th Planet gym’s Eddie Bravo shared a post of ‘Hitman’ throwing hands and feet on pads.
Rogan wrote, “If I wanna get fired up I’ll watch this motherf***er hit pads. My man @liambadco is a f***ing SAVAGE.”

Rogan started his martial arts journey as a striker. Thus, he is an avid follower of this aspect of martial arts. And in the Muay Thai department, few fighters stand tall against the 8-time Muay Thai world champion, Liam Harrison.
The British athlete is ferocious inside the ONE Circle. Likewise, during training, on the pads, he’s a treat to watch. And the lifelong martial arts practitioner and analyst Rogan realized Harrison’s potential and acknowledged it in his post.

The millionaire podcast host once revealed he wanted kickboxing on Fox when he had Liam Harrison and fight commentator Vinny Shoreman as a guest on his famed $200 million-worth podcast.

On the JRE MMA Show #79, Rogan said, “I’m a big fan of all combat sports, but I really believe that if there’s one sport that doesn’t get its due, it is Muay Thai. I really don’t understand why it hasn’t taken off in America. I don’t get it.”
Rogan further compared it with a popular combat sports format in America. He said, “I love boxing. Boxing is a lot of fun, but I think Muay Thai is twice as fun.”

Kickboxing and Muay Thai are not the most popular sports in America. That said, perhaps ONE Championship’s phenomenal roster will soon change it. Chiefly, with names like Liam Harrison.
