Ducks interrupt Rickie Fowler and Phil Mickelson
These two players were standing on par 5, 17th, the second last hole of the day. But they had to face a slight delay as few ducks interrupted them on the 17th hole tee box. They had to wait for around one and a half minutes to let the ducks cross to the pond. And this seems to have proved lucky for Mickelson.

Mickelson had a disappointing second round and just sneaked into the weekend at the last moment. Rickie Fowler had a decent round two as he finished with five-under for the tournament. He started his front nine brilliantly as he remained bogey-free and scored four birdies.
But as he moved into the back nine, he suddenly lost his rhythm. He scored eight pars and a bogey on the 13th to remain three-under for the day. Nevertheless, Rickie would be happy about his performance as he is getting back into his zone slowly.

So going into the weekend, it is going to be tough for both these players, especially Mickelson, to get in contention to win the trophy. While Fowler has a slight chance as he is five strokes behind the leader and will try to score as low as possible.
