San Antonio’s emerging star Victor Wembanyama had a tough outing last night as his side suffered a narrow defeat despite an impressive showing from the twenty-year-old. However, the player might have had a smile on his face after getting a heartwarming message from Kylian Mbappe. The PSG ace had a special message for his compatriot following the game as he took to his Instagram to pen a three-word message for Wembanyama. Despite being a Lakers fan, Mbappe continues to stand in support of the twenty-year-old, with the PSG ace claiming that the Spurs star has what it takes to be one of the best in one of his old interviews.
The clash between the two sides saw Milwaukee emerge as the winner with a narrow 121-125 scoreline. While the side received stiff competition from their opposition, it is never easy to stop the Bucks when Giannis Antetokounmpo is having a field day. But Wemby keeps improving!

The PSG superstar took to his Instagram account to post a story sharing Victor’s numbers from the game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Mbappe, under the post, had a special message as he penned, “Slowly but surely,” followed by three saluting emotes and the French flag. The French World Cup winner has been a prominent supporter of Wembanyama, praising his compatriot on multiple occasions.
While many expect Mbappe to be a Spurs fan (not the Lilywhites) in support of his fellow Frenchman, the PSG star instead is an avid LA Lakers fan. The player talked about his love for the team back in 2022 during the drafts, stating that he likes what the team is doing with their management and hopes that the side can win the Championship.
