This victory helped Portugal confirm their spot in the upcoming European Championships in Germany. The 38-year-old scored a penalty and added another close-range finish. His performance took the soccer fans to the edge of their seats, and many gave him the GOAT position. One of them was Gareth Bale‘s ex-teammate.

He mentioned that he is totally enjoying the moments after victory, and it feels great to take his team to the next level.
