He congratulated the Hatters for their emphatic success, but not without a hidden message. The actor added an eye emoji to his message, suggesting that he too is looking to replicate the same thing with Wrexham. Considering that it took Luton nine years to reach the Premier League from the conference league, it will definitely give Reynolds hope for his 10-year Premier League dream.

While climbing three tiers to reach tier 1 is undoubtedly a challenging task, Reynolds is determined to transform the dreams of Wrexham fans into a reality. Hence, while recently talking to ESPN, the actor shared his ambitious long-term vision for Wrexham. He said, “We want to walk the walk, even as a fifth-tier club. We say this all the time, but we want to be in the Premier League, as crazy as that sounds to some people.”
The Canadian also acknowledged the arduous journey that lies ahead to reach the top flight but was quite optimistic. “If it is theoretically possible to go from the fifth tier in professional football all the way to the Premier League, why wouldn’t we do that? Why wouldn’t we use our last drop of blood to get there? We’re in it for the ride. This is a multi-decade project… Two years ago, I didn’t have this kind of passion for the sport, and in some ways, I see it as a plague.”
