This could be just seen as a friendly act between the two soccer players. However, an ESPN pundit believes he has been let down by the veteran, as he expected him to act more composed.

Sebastian Salazar slams Giorgio Chiellini for fanboying over Messi

During the post-match show on ESPN, soccer pundit and former Columbian star Sebastian Salazar was all over LAFC defender Giorgio Chiellini. While talking to USMNT legend Herculez Hernandez, Salazar claimed that MLS players have been gushing over Messi, which is annoying. The pundit also thought that Chiellini should have acted differently considering his veteran status.

The USMNT legend claimed there was nothing wrong with Chiellini’s actions, considering the game had no repercussions. On the other hand, Lionel Messi continues to impress with Miami, taking their unbeaten streak to eleven games.
