During the chit-chat, Haaland asked Arsenal legend Thierry Henry for advice. To which the former France forward quoted some philosophical golden words for the player. Henry said there are still many things he can learn and urged him to start making runs from the left and which he doesn’t want to.
“You [City] are going to the quadruple if you do that! If he starts to go on his right and finishing with his right, the same run he makes on his left, it’s over. He will score 100 goals per week!” added Henry. While his advice was fairly rejected by a CBS Sports Golazo presenter, Haaland agreed to Henry’s advice.

The Norwegian said, “I agree – don’t forget I’m 22. Think back to when you lot were 22. There’s so much that you are going to learn. From when I signed from Dortmund to now there’s such a big difference from so many things. From how I think after games, how I think before games, how I motivate myself, how I speak to others.”
The 22-year-old insists he still has a lot to improve and believes he can get a lot of experience through people and on the pitch. Indeed, these were quite humbling words from Haaland, who has subtly sent a major warning to his rivals.
