In 2023, Shakira’s diss track saga was among the year’s best highlights. In comparison to Gerard Pique, the Latin American singer has a huge chunk of the fanbase by her side. Even so, the Grammy Award winner has been subject to serious criticism every now and then. So much so that a popular Argentine actress lashed out at Shakira by asking the Colombian to stop crying and ‘screwing around’ with the FC Barcelona legend. She took a dig at Shakira’s famous lyrics from the first diss track.

The last few weeks haven’t been easy for the former celebrity couple. Reportedly, there was a major argument on the soccer veteran’s side and his girlfriend took a major step. On the other hand, the Waka-Waka singer continues to live her life with her kids in Miami.

Earlier this year, Shakira unexpectedly dropped a bunch of diss tracks. Without a doubt, her most popular one was with Bizarrap. The lyrics of the viral song are still quite fresh in the fanbase’s minds. Recently, Argentine TV star Moria Casan was asked about her thoughts on the famous ‘Women no longer cry, women get paid’ lyric. Her responses turned out to be eye-opening and unexpected.

Casan quoted, “Shakira is already dense for me. Enough with the crying. I understand that you don’t love Pique anymore. We get it. That she won’t love Pique? She’s dead with Pique”.

The popular actress didn’t hold back while criticizing the Latin American singer’s urge to keep on creating diss tracks. The actress continued, “She should stop screwing around with Pique and let him go”.

“And I don’t believe him at all. Logical that you believe this billing, you better believe it, it’s mega-millionaire”. She concluded, “But it seems to me that she is begging”, as compiled by Clarin and translated by DeepL. Along with being entertainment for the fanbase, her diss tracks seemed to have caused a few problems within her family. From bringing her kids into the spotlight to potentially facing a lawsuit, a lot has happened. Let’s dive deeper.

Gerard Pique reportedly hasn’t been a fan of Shakira’s diss tracks for obvious reasons. At one point, he was ready to file a lawsuit because his ex-girlfriend’s diss tracks were causing major disharmony. From the looks of it, things haven’t got drastically better. This time, the matter of discussion is about their kids. Pique’s girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti, is unhappy with a few ‘separation agreement’ modifications by Shakira.

However, the FC Barcelona legend reportedly agreed to every condition, mainly because it was for his kids’ wellbeing. His girlfriend was upset because the Colombian icon wanted her to stay away from Milan and Sasha. Shakira has been hellbent on that clause since Day 1. Upset by the same, the PR student recently left her shared home with the soccer veteran after a major disagreement between the two of them.
