The club has recently announced a big brand deal with the famous multinational company, Philips. The Netherlands-originated company is the 920th most valuable company in the world estimated to be worth around $18.2 billion. According to Spanish media, this deal is estimated to be around $32 million. As part of the arrangement, the firm’s name will be emblazoned on the sleeve of the jersey.

This is bound to give a huge boost to financial resources for the Catalan club, which will be included in its feasibility plan to sign players in the 2023-24 season. The agreement will last till 2026 and will offer bonus incentives of between half a million to one million dollars for titles won.

The Saudi giants offered an unbelievable contract of $440 million annually to bring in the 35-year-old. This makes his earning double the salary of Cristiano Ronaldo who signed with their rivals, Al-Nassr at the end of last year.
