The Uruguayan striker commenced his tenure with the Herons towards the end of the previous year. This transition held more significance than a typical transfer, as it marked a reunion with his former comrades Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets. Suarez apparently aims to conclude his career while being surrounded by these individuals.

Recently on DelSol 99.5 FM Radio’s interview session, the 37-year-old stated he had already made up his mind about retiring while still attached to Inter Miami. “The date hasn’t been set,” he disclosed. The striker further added, “But yes, Inter Miami is the last club of my career. My family already knows that.”

Not much time ago, Luis Suarez expressed delight over enjoying what could likely be perceived as the ‘final stages’ at MLS. In another past interview, he disclosed the difficulties he faced with his knee, making it challenging to even play with children. It appears that his advancing years have overtaken him, precipitating this retirement decision.
