“It’s as Simple as That” – David Beckham’s Wife Victoria Beckham Revealed Why She Removed Her Tattoo With Husband’s Initials Back in 2022

The fashion designer and Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham has been married to English soccer legend David Beckham for around two decades. There were many turbulent times in this relationship, but both have stayed with each other through thick and thin. In 2022, rumors about a possible split started circulating after Victoria removed a tattoo with the initials of her husband.

Fans started noticing that the tattoo was getting lighter and lighter with time, making them believe she is removing it after a fallout with David Beckham. She was, in fact, removing the tattoo, but the reasoning couldn’t be further from what fans had speculated.

While appearing in an interview with the Today in October last year, she talked about how media and fans had got it all wrong. She accepted she was getting the tattoo removed, but her reasoning behind it was different. It has been over 5 months since that interview, and looking at them still being together and enjoying family time has ended all the rumors.

While talking about her tattoo, Victoria Beckham said, “They just didn’t look so nice. It doesn’t mean anything more than that. I think that the media started to speculate, was I leaving my husband? No, I was just a bit sick of the tattoo. It’s as simple as that.”
