It is quite astonishing how Jude Bellingham has taken the responsibility of Real Madrid on his shoulders. The 20-year-old already played important roles in winning some crucial games for the club. With all his exceptional performances, the youngster is breaking club records. Recently, the player overtook club legend Cristiano Ronaldo in an interesting record.

The star arrived from Borussia Dortmund after being their number-one player last year. Coming into one of the best clubs in the world, the English player impressed boss Carlo Ancelotti immediately. After calling him too mature for a 20-year-old, the youngster is proving why.

Bellingham arrived at Los Blancos after agreeing to a deal worth $111.5 for six years. The player already got into the business by scoring for the club right away in his first game against Athletic Bilbao. Since then, he hasn’t wanted any rest. The player has now broken the Al Nassr captain’s record for the most number of goals in the first 15 games for the club. Bellingham scored 14 goals, with Real Madrid overtaking Ronaldo and former club legend Alfredo di Stefano.

Both former Madrid players had previously held the record for 13 goals. Bellingham earlier equaled Ronaldo’s record for scoring most goals in 10 games with 10 goals. The player also has three assists along with them, including the important one against Napoli for Vinicius Jr. The player scored match-winning goals, especially against Union Berlin in the UEFA Champions League.

But his brace against FC Barcelona in El Clasico has taken the soccer world by storm. The player singlehandedly won the game for Real Madrid after being a goal down. Overtaking one of the records for the highest goal scorer of all time is indeed an honor for Bellingham. However, it will take Bellingham a lot of time to catch up with the legend’s 438 goals, which is the highest for Real Madrid. But the player will feel good after getting back onto the pitch.

Bellingham is good to go after the shoulder injury

The Kopa Award winner came on the back of a shoulder injury that he sustained after a fall against Rayo Vallecano. The injury kept him away from his last two matches for Real Madrid as well as England’s Euro qualifier games.
