According to Cuba En Miami, the massive house is situated in Fort Lauderdale, specifically within the gated community of Bay Colony. It is just a minute’s drive from Messi’s $10.8 million house, which he acquired a few months ago. However, being Messi’s neighbor is not the only highlight of the property. In terms of comfort and amenities for Suarez’s family, the mansion boasts 8 spacious bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and generous internal spaces covering nearly 500 square meters. Additionally, it features a large swimming pool for leisure, a spa, and a gym, offering a host of indulgent amenities. That’s not all!

The property also boasts direct access to the lake. Safety concerns are also addressed thanks to the 24-hour security. Interestingly, both Suarez and his wife, Sofía Balbi, secured the property through a private agreement with Bret and Jamie Macy, leading property dealers in Miami. The residence, located at 10 Compass Point, underwent significant renovations in 2020, causing its value to skyrocket from $3.5 million to $11.5 million. This remarkable appreciation nearly triples the initial value over four years. Interestingly, the house is more expensive than what he owned back in Barcelona.

Additionally, Suarez owns another luxury beachfront mansion in the capital of his home country, Montevideo.
