Inter Miami’s loss against Houston Dynamo in the Open Cup final was a hard one to take for the fans. The Florida-based club reached its second finale one season after the arrival of Lionel Messi. Messi was present in the stands supporting his team but it seems his presence was overshadowed by a famous British sports broadcaster. The CBS Sports broadcaster has been a popular figure among soccer fans with her talk shows. After the match, a hoard of young fans surrounded the broadcaster as she was about to go live to report.

Lionel Messi’s team fought well but the cards were massively on Houston’s side who made the best of their chances. On a positive note, Gerardo Martino’s team now has a chance to qualify for the playoffs with two games in hand as they look to face New York City FC next.
