They fear that their daughter might go through a similar phase as Shakira did with Pique. In addition to this, the age gap between the two is also a big point of contention. Pique being 36 and Chia being 24 inevitably adds another layer of worry for Clara’s parents. The situation was revealed to be even more difficult due to Pique visiting Miami for his kids. It also has apparently even been met with unsupportive behavior from Chia just days ago.

Clara Chia is unsupportive of Gerard Pique visiting Shakira

As specified in the separation agreement, Pique has a legal right to meet his kids for ten days each month. As well as these fixed times, Pique will also meet his children during academic breaks throughout the year. However, Clara Chia Martin has expressed personal concerns with this arrangement.

Spanish journalist Jordi Martin has dug up some startling information, claiming that Chia Marti is apparently not on board with Pique maintaining such frequent contact with their children and Shakira. In Martin’s own words: “You’re going to have to live with it for the rest of your life”. Summarily, the notorious past of Gerard Pique continues to haunt him.
