Jorge Jesus highlighted that the exhaustion after the national commitments is hindering Neymar from reaching his highest potential for Al Hilal.

The 69-year-old manager stated in an interview, “Neymar told me he feels tired”. Neymar also faced bittersweet as the Portuguese coach criticized him for a “bad attitude”. As per reports, the ex-Barca forward requested Al Hilal’s hierarchy to dismiss Jorge Jesus. Neymar cited disappointment with the manager’s demeanor towards him within days after he signed for the Blue Waves.

Al Zaem plans to add a new sporting director to the club

The 18-time Saudi League champions are considering signing Paolo Maldini for the role of their Sporting Director. Al Hilal has taken matters into its own hands, following the team’s failure to perform at their best in consecutive games. Furthermore, the director’s presence would facilitate a thorough assessment of any sporting operations to enhance the club’s overall position.

Al Hilal believes the Italian legend is best suited for this position. Maldini held the directorial role in AC Milan from 2019 until June of this year. The Italian giants opted to part ways with their home-grown icon after being acquired by the new owner, Red Bird Capital. Consequently, Al Hilal is actively looking for the services of the A.C. Milan icon, after he played a pivotal role in Rossoneri’s success over the past few years.
