Internet sensation and Manchester United supporter, IShowSpeed, has decided to part ways with the Premier League side and join Ronaldo’s Al Nassr. The decision came after he witnessed 10-man Manchester United endure a poor 2-3 loss against the Turkish side Galatasaray at Old Trafford.

He wrote on X, “That’s it. That seals the deal. I am no longer a United fan. I’ve been a United member since 1987 and a season ticket holder since 1999. I’m not going to renew my season ticket. Ten Hag and Onana are outlawed as of today. I will become a fan of Al Nassr now, where they actually know how to run a football club.”

In response, the Riyadh side announced his welcome with a heartwarming message. On their official X, Al Nassr reshared Speed’s tweet and posted a small GIF of him, where he is wearing Ronaldo’s Al Nassr jersey and kissing the crest of the club. Aside from this, they wrote, “You’re already one of us! See you soon at @VictoryArena_sa.”

It seems Al Nassr wasted no time in accepting a new ardent supporter. In fact, they invited him to attend Al Nassr’s next Saudi Pro League game against Abha at Al-Awwal Park. It remains to be seen if Speed goes there to witness his new club. Nevertheless, it is quite a surprising decision from the YouTuber. Perhaps Manchester United’s defeat took a toll. Champions League thrashing of Manchester United

It was an unlucky day for Manchester United, as they were defeated at their home ground by Galatasaray. Notably, Erik ten Hag’s side broke the deadlock in just 16 minutes, thanks to a strike from new signing Rasmus Hojlund. However, the away side quickly bounced back as former Premier League star Wilfried Zaha equalized. As the second half began, United went ahead 2-1, thanks to another goal from Hojlund.

However, that lead didn’t last long, as four minutes later, Galatasaray equalized. Things went downhill for the Red Devils after their defensive midfielder, Casemiro was sent off. Consequently, Galatasaray wasted no time taking advantage of the 10-man United, and Mauro Icardi clinched a winner in the 81st minute. That was the end of the game, which also marked the end of Speed’s affiliation with the English side.
