Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham Extend Major Partnership With Italian Firm as They Eye League Promotion

A piece of happy news came from Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham as the club is en route to winning the National League. They stand on top of the table with 85 points and a game in hand while they aim for promotion after the final three games. Moreover, the latest news came in as Wrexham AFC announced Macron remains the club’s official kit supplier for the 2023/24 season. Therefore, everything looks fine at the rising soccer club. 

Macron is a fine Italian sporting apparel company based in Bologna, Italy. The famous sportswear will extend their contract with the club after fine performances propelled Wrexham to the top. Looks like everything has fallen into place, and Wrexham aims to kick start their next season on a high.

Because of the new extension, Racecourse Ground will continue with the sponsorship of the Mold Road Stand. The stand would be known as Macron Stand for the next season. Hence, it became essential for the club to improve its brand image amongst the other English clubs. Macron started creating its roots in Wrexham in 2016 as the brand became the club’s official kit supplier. 

In fact, the international sportswear store in Wrexham opened around eight years back, owing to the sponsorship with the club. Wrexham AFC CEO Fleur Robinson stated the goodwill between the two parties.

According to the Leader, the CEO commented, “We are pleased to be extending our long-standing partnership with Macron for a further season. As our official kit supplier–and stand sponsor since 2021–we enjoy a good working relationship with Macron, and look forward to this continuing.”

Like all clubs, Wrexham aims to revamp the design of its famous home red kit, white away kit, and black alternative shirt for the upcoming season. Special seasons require unique expertise, and the CEO stated their plans for the future.

Similarly to all soccer owners, Reynolds took over the club, expressing his lifelong ambitions to take the club forward. Macron’s spokesperson spoke in delight to move with their partnership with one of the oldest clubs in England. He stated, “Being official kit supplier and stand sponsor is something we are very proud of and, as we look forward to continuing that partnership next season.”

The club is on an upward trajectory owing to their owners and dream FA Cup run performance. By holding a draw against Sheffield United, they drew eyeballs onto the small town that went on an iconic cup run.

They look to take the league by storm, and Ryan Reynolds predicted the club to reach the Premier League by announcing his lofty ambitions. To sum up, the club’s on the rise, and fans beware, Wrexham is steadily progressing to the top.
