The same magic was being anticipated from the striker after the player opted for a move to Saudi Arabia. Thus, raising expectations of soccer world, after signing a lucrative two-year contract worth $200 million.

Al Nassr fans had high hopes for the new signing. However, things have taken a drastic turn, as it hasn’t been the start of the journey that Ronaldo was dreaming of.
The solid blame game
It has been a tough start for Ronaldo at Al Nassr, as they endured a humiliating exit in the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup.

Furthermore, to rub salt in the wounds, Al Ittihad fans were chanting Lionel Messi’s name. Things got rowdier outside the stadium, as one fan was stamping on CR7’s jersey and rubbing his shoes.
