Recently hired by Al Hilal head coach Jorge Jesus in a mammoth $418 million deal from PSG, Neymar is once again in the headlines. But this time for a greater cause. The Al Hilal forward has joined forces with the Portuguese business group that is heavily involved in equestrian sports.

Neymar partners to establish ‘Horse Team’

Neymar Jr., who is a renowned personality in the soccer world and known for his talent and skill, is expanding his business side by sponsoring the Brazilian Dressage Team. The Equestrian team is made up of João Marcari Oliva and Renderson Oliveira, who ride two Purebred Lusitanos, belonging to the Horse team/Campline Horses.

The Brazilian was in Benavente, Portugal last week, where he visited the facilities of the Horse Team/Campline Horses. He had an exciting opportunity to see the Purebred Lusitano horses and interact with the dressage team. The Al Hilal attacker agreed to become a global ambassador for the company and will record an advertising campaign to initiate the partnership.

Boasted as a $402 billion industry, the Equestrian Sports, Dressage, and Horse Racing Market exhibits a significant amount of growth by the end of the decade. As reported by Globe News Wire, the global horse racing market is estimated to exhibit a $793.9 billion growth by 2030. The horse racing sport also shows the possibility of delivering 8.89% of compound annual growth, as stated in the report.

With Neymar geared up for the partnership and bringing his joy and charisma to the sport, he is more than enthusiastic in terms of becoming a global ambassador. The Horse Team will compete in the Pan American Games in Chile this upcoming October and will hope to showcase their best ability to win the tournament.
