Rafael Nadal with his recent win in the French Open 2020 has equaled Roger Federer at 20 Grand Slams. Meanwhile, Toni Nadal, after a backlash at Goran Ivanisevic for disregarding Rafa at the Finals at Chatrier, has had his say on the best in the history of tennis.
Meanwhile, Nadal, on the other hand, after his 100th victory in Roland Garros has cleared the air that he is disinterested in the Grand Slam race with either Roger Federer or Novak Djokovic.

“I never hide that for me, I would love to finish my career as the player with more Grand Slams. No doubt about that. Of course, I care about the records. It means a lot to me to share this number [20] with Roger,” he said.
“But, you know I don’t want to think about them all the time. Novak has this one, Roger has the other one. You can’t be always unhappy because your neighbor has a bigger house than you or a better phone,” Nadal further added.
The Spaniard battled adverse conditions to defeat Djokovic in straight sets 6-0 6-2 7-5.

After his nephew made easy work of the Finals at Chatrier, the Toni went on to say “My conclusion after the final against Djokovic, is the following. Roger Federer and Rafael have managed to elevate their own sport to a higher category. Something difficult to overcome.”
