Israel Adesanya was undefeated at middleweight in the UFC before his loss to Alex Pereira. Fans have been criticizing the ‘Stylebender’ following a third defeat against ‘Poatan’ in all professional fights (MMA and Kickboxing).

Israel Adesanya agrees with Muhammad Ali’s words

Adesanya took to Instagram to share his idol’s quotes. In his Instagram story, Adesanya shares a post from Muhammad Ali’s Instagram team captioning, “I ain’t no Superman. If the fans think I can do everything I say I can do, then they’re crazier than I am.” The image featured saw a picture of the boxing ‘GOAT’ in deep thought.

Moreover, Adesanya also shared his message and agreement with the former boxing heavyweight champion, “I said it before I knew I was”. Furthermore, this is not the first time the former middleweight champion has interacted with Ali’s team.

Following ‘The Last Stylebender’s’ defeat to Alex Periera via TKO at UFC 281, Adesanya was devastated. To his support, Muhammad Ali’s team sent some inspiring words from the ‘GOAT’.

Fans are also aware of the kind of respect Adesanya has for Muhammad Ali. The former middleweight champion thinks that people would not have liked the ‘GOAT’ because he spoke the truth. Furthermore, he also said that Ali and Mike Tyson would have been ‘Menace’ if they had Twitter in their fighting days.
