How can you not talk about cars when you are sitting with Dale Earnhardt Jr.? Joe Rogan was not an exception, either. Rogan hosted once NASCAR driver in his popular podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience‘ in 2018. Rogan and Dale Jr. had a long conversation covering multiple topics.

Joe Rogan talked to Dale Earnhardt Jr. about many things. They discussed Earnhardt Junior’s relationship with his father Dale Earnhardt Sr. The conversation also went around crashes and concussions that Earnhardt Jr. had to deal with. When it came to naming their favorite cars, both Rogan and Dale Jr. looked super excited and talked in detail about what car they liked and why.

It was Dale Jr. who first asked Rogan the question about his first car. He asked, “What was your first car?” Rogan was quick to respond and said, “My first car was, was a ‘73 Chevelle. That one but the engine blew out on it.” Dale Earnhardt approved of Rogan’s choice.

Prodding Rogan further about cars, Dale Jr. asked Rogan if he would buy a ‘73 Chevelle and restore it. It was Rogan’s response to this question that displayed his affection for his favorite car and his reasons to love it.

He said “I will buy a ‘70. That’s my favorite. ‘69 and ‘70 are my favorites. I go back and forth between ‘69 and ‘70 with Chevelles. They are both amazing. I like those cars. They are big muscular cars. It’s a big ride.”

Rogan added, “I have a 1969 nova. Yeah, like that there (shows an image). That’s as classic and American muscle car as you get. It’s a 1970 with Silver and Black stripes. Come on!”

The Chevrolet Chevelle was a mid-sized automobile that was produced by Chevrolet in three generations for the 1964 to 1978 model years. Fans all around the world have loved these cars. 

Joe Rogan loves Novas too

Apart from talking about restoring Chevrolet Chevelles, one other car was discussed by Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Joe Rogan. The two shared a love for Novas and Rogan told Dale Jr. that he owns a Nova. Dale Jr. also disclosed that he had a Nova wagon.
