UFC president Dana White recently announced that his slap-fighting promotion, Power Slap, will be running as a sponsor in NASCAR. Power Slap and Rumble will both act as the sponsor of the Chevrolet Camaro No. 78. It will be driven by the famous driver, B. J. McLeod. However, many fans had a lot of negative things to say about this venture. But the UFC boss and Power Slap producer hit right back at those comments.

Dana White‘s new promotion has faced a lot of heat and many deemed it as not a real sport. However, ‘Power Slap: Road To The Title’ has already released 5 episodes as of now. As Dana White put it, the show is currently showing the initial days of the promotion, which was shot in the first half of 2022. He mentioned that people are witnessing the evolution of the show.

Many fans on social media took a shot at the new Power Slap sponsorship announcement to which the UFC president was sure to reply back.

Dana White replies to fans’ comments on Instagram

Fans believe that Power Slap will never gain prominence as a sport. One fan on Instagram claimed that White‘s new venture is the reason why UFC 284 didn’t receive an adequate promotion. However, The UFC boss asked the fan to calm down and wrote, “Relax PUSS.” 

Another fan claimed that NASCAR and Power Slap are failing as sports. White replied, “failing like your IG account with 31 followers.”

A user on Instagram even took a shot at the Power Slap producer and wanted to see him compete. Dana White replied with a positive response and commented with a ‘hundred’ emoji.

Meanwhile, another user claimed he thought the UFC boss hated NASCAR, and that was the reason the UFC did not begrudge fighters sponsors. The 53-year-old promoter said, “NO i hate fake accounts.”

The UFC boss didn’t stop there. He actively commented on all comments addressed to him. A fan also claimed that Power Slap is the reason the stocks of UFC’s parent company, Endeavor, were dropping down. Dana White asked the fan to calm down and called him a “hater.”

A fan even claimed that White will be going to promote Power Slap moonshine and chewing gum to which the UFC boss replied, “BOOOOOM.”

However, there were a few positive fans. One fan sent expressed his respect for the UFC boss for his work as a promoter. But he didn’t like the fact that Slap-ting was getting more love than MMA. The 53-year-old replied, “thank u and UFC gets PLENTY (of love).”

Further, another fan reiterated how most people have no idea of how marketing works and supported Dana White. The UFC boss had kind words for him. He wrote, “the level of STUPID on these posts is incredible. But there is always 1 guy who isn’t an absolute MORON. Congrats u are that guy on this post.”
